These Community Guidelines apply to all users, content, interactions, voice rooms, messages, and activities on Tiki. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Guidelines in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

- Threats of violence or harm
3.2 Sexual & Explicit Content
- Pornographic or sexually explicit content
- Sexual exploitation or abuse
- Sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance)
- Unwanted sexual advances or sexually suggestive language
3.3 Violence & Illegal Activity
- Promotion or glorification of violence
- Encouraging self-harm or suicide
- Terrorism, extremism, or criminal activities
- Drug trafficking or illegal substance promotion
3.4 Impersonation & Fraud
- Impersonating another person, brand, or organization
- Misrepresentation of identity
- Scams, phishing, or deceptive practices
3.5 Privacy Violations
- Sharing personal or confidential information without consent
- Doxxing or stalking
- Recording or distributing conversations without legal permission
3.6 Spam & Platform Abuse
- Spamming messages or rooms
- Automated or bot activity without authorization
- Manipulating rankings, rooms, or engagement metrics
- Circumventing moderation or safety systems
4. Voice Rooms & Live Interactions
Voice rooms are a core feature of Tiki. By participating in live audio interactions, you acknowledge that:
- Content is shared in real time and may not be pre-moderated
- You are responsible for your speech and behavior
- Hosts may set additional room rules
- Violations may result in immediate action, including removal from a room
5. User Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you create, share, or broadcast on Tiki.
Tiki does not endorse user-generated content and is not responsible for opinions expressed by users.
6. Reporting & Blocking
Tiki provides in-app tools that allow users to:
- Report inappropriate content or behavior
- Block or mute other users
- Leave rooms at any time
We encourage users to report violations promptly to help us maintain a safe environment.
7. Enforcement & Penalties
Violations of these Community Guidelines may result in one or more of the following actions:
- Content removal
- Temporary restrictions
- Muting or removal from voice rooms
- Account suspension
- Permanent account termination
Actions are determined based on severity, frequency, and impact.
8. Zero Tolerance for Child Exploitation
Tiki has zero tolerance for:
- Sexual content involving minors
- Grooming or exploitation
- Any activity endangering minors
Such violations may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.
9. Appeals
If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may submit an appeal through our support channels. We will review appeals fairly and in accordance with our policies.
10. Updates to These Guidelines
We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, or community standards. Continued use of Tiki after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines.
